What we collect
When you use the contact form we receive your name, email, company if you give it, and your message. When you buy, the payment provider (Stripe or Payoneer) collects your payment details; we never see or store card numbers.
Why
Only to reply to you, deliver what you bought, and keep the records tax law requires. We do not sell data, and we do not use advertising trackers on this site.
Who else handles it
Resend delivers contact-form email to us. Stripe or Payoneer processes payments. Cal.com handles bookings if you schedule a call. Each acts under its own privacy policy.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become work are deleted after 12 months. Client and payment records are kept as long as tax law requires.
Your rights
Ask us for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion at youssef@autoseph.com. We answer within 30 days.
